Reason for PK: I think Violent interaction with cops (wasnt on when it happened)

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: The cop commited NLR after I shot him on roofs, he comes back tries to arrest me for standing on a trashcan and is just a nuisance 

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

Just to add I looked at clipping stuff and saw that it took you less then three minutes from death to come back to the roofs again with your gear and stuff

Hello, 

I am the Pking staff here, before anything please provide the clip of any prior interaction with the officer here. 

Pks are administered even when the individual being PK'd is not active on the server, typically i would pull the person into a sit before doing the pk but since you weren't on i could not do so. Continuing lets be clear, you were not just "innocently" standing on a dumpster you were blocking the latter on purpose. Regardless the reason why your character was PK'd was due to you initiating a violent confrontation with a police officer, you had shot the officer as he was trying to arrest you for blocking said fire escape when you pulled your gun out and started shooting. You initiating the violence and DYING has resulted in the "realistic" death of your character.

So some context, Detective Jackson west had been sitting on roof tops for hours by this point. A few minutes before the clip he tried to arrest me for shooting the tires of my buddies car as a joke, while he was still looking for me I snuck up to him and shot him. After I shot him I hid for a minute, after that I noticed he came directly back and was trying to get to roofs again so I got on the trashcan, he told me to get off the trashcan, I said no because thats not a lawful order nor is he allowed up there. He then goes to arrest me and yes I tried to shoot the shit out of him and got my brains splattered. My point is though, this situation shouldnt have happened, he was killed, he came back, then tried to arrest me for not letting him illegaly get back on ours roofs
