Reason for PK: Cop made a ticket saying i should be pked because of our interaction in the video below

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?:  I honestly did not know i could be pk by a cop like that i thought pk only happen in events or initiated by familiy wars thats what i read in the rules and my other character i have that is in prison and is about to get pked beacause of jailtime if i dont beat the case. i strongly do believe that there had to be some insider infromation going on because all of the cops  where chasing down this wanted suspect in a car and this cop randomness to just show up in a valley then perceed to call backup felt like a power abuse there some form of meta gaming there i dont know if he is an staff or an off duty officer i killed someone with the my pistol before then they perceed to come back to in my car breaking nlr thats the only person i killed in my lifetime that would have suspicious evidence to tell againts me and i have a feeling its that off duty cop thats on duty then he comes up to me fishing me and i did not give consent he should just leave me then started to escalate the situation with me which led me to retaliate

justice for jamal this cop is unjust consensual encounter or requesting consent. Under the law, asking a question or requesting permission to search does not automatically count as a search or seizure, meaning an officer is legally allowed to ask even if they lack an official reason. [1]

• Fishing Expedition: A common slang term for when police arbitrarily ask people questions or request searches hoping they might stumble upon evidence of a crime by luck. [1]

• Unlawful Search: A search that happens without your consent, without a warrant, and without proper legal grounds like reasonable suspicion or probable cause. [1, 2]
• The issue i have there was no crime he was fishing to kill my character i only shot at him because he was requesting backup i was not doing anything everyone knows jamal is cool and i started yesterday it is unfair for cops to deal with new players like this using the rules and bending it for there advantage i have a character in court thats probaly going to get pked because i complied and then your telling me a cop can player kill you just like that was not in no gang wars was not on anybody radar im whitelisted  and follow roleplay rules im not happy with this pk if i was doing something illegal or doing something or saying something wrong then fine but i cant accept that pk justice for jamal and i started yesterday

Hello, 

Admin who took the ticket about your PK here, just to expand again on why you were PKed. 

When reviewing the full clip given to me for the PK, the officer was following a lead, where unfortunately you happened to be, while changing your outfit. This gave the cop probably cause to begin questioning you, where you then decided to pull a gun out, and also began to open fire upon the officer. In this instance, you did put your life first and put it at risk, similar to when mugging, when you take risks like this it is a gamble. You shoot him and kill him? You win, the cop is sent to the hospital and has to follow NLR rules. The cop begins to shoot back and kills you? Unfortunately the route you chose has lead to your death. As also explained this is a good lesson early on, as unfortunately we have to do this with people with hundreds, sometimes maybe thousands of hours on a character. Its an important lesson that everyone must go through at some point in the game.

Police officers have radios that they can use, similar to players, where they can request back up through, as you are hearing this from the cop, infact he is not metagaming but following process when needing support. The officer who requested for your PK is not a staff a member, nor do I know the gent in anyway outside of being an Admin and him creating a ticket.

This is a valid point that you unfortunately didnt bring up in the sit, unfortunately though when reviewing the logs, you were killed by different people.

This too, the shooting would've caused noise (which is being discussed in the clip provided in your pk), which attracted the cops to your location.

The officer was not infact fishing to kill you as he requested a search, gave you ample time, and then you decided to pull out a weapon (which he didn't know you had) and began shooting at him. The back up called was to stop and arrest you for questioning (assumption here). 

I'd recommend that you read the rules around PKs, conflicts and confrontation with the police.
