Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I fully accept the reason for ban. After deleting my old character I gave items to a friend so he could pass them to my new character. There was no intent to exploit or metagame; it was purely ignorance of the rule on my part. I apologize to the staff and community for the rule break.

Why should you be unbanned? I value the server and experience and want the chance to come back and play the right way - this is how I wind down for the evenings and has recently become ritual. I do not want to have to play a different game for a week if we are being honest.

Hello there, banning staff member here. 

As we both can agree, you created a character that seemed to have ill intent around it, exemplified further by you again admitting to item transfer here. The only reason you were caught doing this too is your friend decided to mug on another character that was flagged as a mugging character that you then benefitted from too.

I can appreciate that you feel sorry about what you done, but unfortunately you still broke rules and major one at that, being honest a week for what has happened here is very lax of me.
