Taser in water

It's impossible to tase someone if they just stay on top of the water. Either map change to make it more shallow, change tasers so they function properly in water or make it punishable to jump into the water while in a police chase.

not wrong but if we're going off server rules and police sops i cant do that. maybe a rule change to specify that we can shoot people in water instead of tazing. also would that even be a pk

I've pked many a retard in the water. Good strategy is to pull out the baton, beat them to near death. If they die even after being tasered and cuffed it's a pk. Do with that information as you will. If you stop moving while dragging them they sink. Accidents have been known to happen. 

 

Remember the baton will not let you actually kill them don't be afraid to really let em have it. If they drown bc they're doing a retarded evasion strategy that's literally on them.

It is a PK. Any death while trying to escape is a PK. Drowning etc.

If they're just holding space and staying on top of the water how do i deal with that then? just try taze them then shoot them?

Just seems weird that I have to break police SOP and risk demotion to arrest/kill someone in water.

SOP states "A reasonable attempt at arrest" afaik... Could use your baton or just taze them when they come up for air.

this is what SOP says, so killing a guy cos he wont stop swimming wouldnt really fit. just think there needs to be a change to sop or rules to permit us to kill someone if they refuse to comply in water.
