Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  *over the time ive played here seen not a lot of staff on or even none at times around midnight. and during those times ive just seen people just RDM, VDM without a worry all cause there is no staff on. so i wanted to change that so it is no longer like that.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  * one reason is im often up late so as mention previously i am on when people usually do stuff care free. my second reason is im able to remain calm usually no matter what. for example even when in a situation when say there is a lot of people talking a once and demanding at once i am still able to remain calm. 
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): no sadly
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: no i have not
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  * i think its sort of mixed in my opinion. In the faction i main i feel its neutral some people like me some people don't. in certain factions its I'm chill with a lot of people, in some factions I'm not.
What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: GM events. there was one where we got to RP out taking the Mayor hostage and fight off PD which has to be my favorite

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: i make a ticket like a average player since i know since im off duty i dont have the power i have when on duty  
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: i would bring it up to them and talk to them about them and if that leads no where i would talk to someone higher up in the command.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: i would treat them as any other player. Cause as i would want to make it clear that i will not be biased and that just cause i know them doesn't mean they will get special treatment from me. if its the first ill give them a note and tell them i wont be biased. if i see him act again in the same way i would give a ban.

Young fella and some of these problem solving answers could’ve been more detailed, but I think he’s a good kid.

I’ve noticed a few brown people here think they’re smarter than this kid, which is pretty funny.

Okay yeah its a child and children tend not to have the best reasoning skills but Kubus seems to have a good head on his shoulders. I think he can be taught what to do. Might take him a little longer than most but what Dopeasroe said is true. +/-

Yes, I will give proper criticism and not just insult you with a slur.

The sentences you write in this application are, in big part, incoherent to an average reader, at least from my view. If this is how you'd be writing in an admin sit whilst trying to explain to a member of the community why you've decided a certain thing in a certain way, your grammar could confuse them. This could be fixed if you always capitalized your "I"s, like "I am" instead of "i am",  used commas often, follow what the format said with writing 3 sentences for every question with "*" and maybe opening your vocabulary up to more descriptive words.

Another thing, the way you write doesn't sound mature, cohesive or shows proper reasoning with context skills. At least in my opinion, of course.

Example that I think reflects it best:

Additionally, I don't see that any of your characters are government characters. Personally, I think it is essential to have at least been a public defender, assistant district attorney or any other government-related employee, alongside the experience of being made in a faction and a police officer to fully grasp the server from every corner it has to offer.

The good I can say about this is that your playtime looks good for staff, I got accepted at around 1mo playtime, so can only say good about that. Also phenomenal that you're BAR certified, can only relate to people who also larp law, which opens the path for law-related government jobs, by the way.

I'll just regurgitate all of the already listed criticisms; grammar and age. In my opinion, staff should be soft-locked at 16 years old or higher as the majority of the playerbase is in the late-teen to adult range, it would just simply be odd for a person not in that age range to be moderating and representing the server. Additionally, the grammar could use some work (which goes hand-in-hand with age). 

Come back in 2 years and you have my approval.

Ive known CC/Kubus for a while id most definitely would like to see about giving him a shot like even just having him trial staff and see how that goes giving himself a fair chance to show his skills and yes wow he's 14 so? we've had worse mods way older than him so just saying his age is a no, isn't fair in my opinion id like to see CC get a shot at staff even if its a trial and if he does go let him continue to improve diverge , currently our staff team that I've seen has been stretched out a bit because of tickets (mainly minges during the summer) so every new staff member added would be a good thing in my opinion even if they're on the younger side , plus if he can show during his time as staff, maturity and general investment into diverge it could be a good thing, In my time knowing him and seeing him do his thing he's been really good on the rule side of things so please just get the kid his chance if he fucks up then he fucks up but if he doesn't than it would just help out staff team just a little bit more.
