Why should you be unbanned? So first off, I apologize to whoever I hit it was not my intention I was trying to help my friends who were getting pulled over and then when they got away, I started driving away and my car broke down and I was going too fast and couldn't stop I never meant to hit anyone and I tried to steer my car to the sign so I didn't hit anyone but it didn't work and a few people got hit which I didn't want to happen but the reason for my unban request is because I have an event in my faction at 8:30 I have to get to but this ban prohibits me from making it on time all I ask is for the ban to be shortened so I can make I have a clip from the guy in the car with me that I will submit below thank you for your time have a good day.

Hey, thank you for taking the time to make this appeal but i’m gonna re-explain why i decided to ban you, I understand accidents can happen but since your history of RDMimg, VDMing, Punch Minging, and NITRP I found it necessary to ban you for ramming into this guy, I understand accidents happen but your accountability that this was an accident was not taken into consideration because of your history, again thank you for taking time to make this appeal and have a nice day.

After careful review, I have determined that this incident was an accident. Accidents can happen to any player, and this does not meet the criteria for a Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM) violation.

VDM involves the intentional use of a vehicle to attack or harm another player with no valid roleplay reason. In this case, there was no clear intent to harm, which is a key element of the rule.

Prior offenses are only considered when the same intentional violation is repeated. Since intent was lacking here, previous incidents do not apply to this ruling.
