Why should you be unbanned? This incidence happened yesterday, so what happened. And whenever there’s an in-game incidence happens I deafen in discord and start to use radio more or gesture language. Like for example as soon as I closed the door an we are in a red zone area I was quiet waiting for the main person to mug, so like there’s no need to talk in game when the thing is obvious so my clip you will hear my friend is talking and I’m quiet because I was checking if there’s any witnesses around us or no so we don’t fail mug and stuff like that. And then at the end I saw a blue vehicle thought it was a cop so I was panicking and saying there’s cops coming while I was deafend because you can see in the clip I didn’t stop or pause my clip to undeafen and tell my friends there’s cops, and bullets thought that I said cops are coming on discord. And then when I went on top of the roof to call for a pk on the people we mugged, I looked down there’s no cop was around us and that’s when I undeafend and asked for my friends for their clips for the pk so that I can call an admin for an pk. And also Trey Baker who got banned for metagaming he was talking in game while deafened too.

and you can even hear me at the end of the clip I said now the cops are coming as I was panicking, like i wasn’t talking to any of my friends as I was talking to myself bc I panicked like I said.

You were using discord whilst mugging, regardless if the situation didn't need speaking ingame you were still in a call speaking talking to people you were actively "RPing"/mugging with.  You were conveying information over discord that could be easily used in character.  This could've been all avoided if you just stopped mugging whilst in VC, its pretty simple.

I don't think your panicking excuse is true, you're just trying to get out of a ban and I don't believe you should receive an unban.

You denied Shrek appeal bc monaclu said that we heard someone from your vc was talking and it was my own clip and I was the one who was talking to myself in the clip. So why are we changing the subject that you saying that me talking to myself while I was panicking is a lie?

Like I said I did use discord but what did say? Which is the most important thing before RP situation I mute so we don’t meta game and I use hand gestures or talk in another language or talk in radio to rp properly while are we getting that discord is not allowed ? And most people talk and chill and when there’s an rp situation they just deafen?
