Length of ban: Originally 1 week 3 days, but I was told it was changed to a perma.

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I am going on record to say I do not apologize for anything I did, I did it willingly and through means of RP. The individual I slammed was being weird, stalking me and my (IN GAME) Nephew who had just flew in, making weird comments, sitting on benches watching me and him walk and talk, I asked him if he was all good at an ATM when we first saw him come run up to us and he simply called me Gill the Gimp in OOC Chat. I ignore this, I am a real RPER. A method RPER. I ignore any and all OOC influences to the core element and principal of RP. We continue our walk around the city, this man continuing to follow us, watch us, just be generally weird, creepy, and #TBH DOUCHY! We leave my apartment, go walking to the deli, who runs infront of us and stands at the nearest ATM? This weird, freaky DAGO! My Nephew asks about crime and how to be safe in the city and I tell him to stay away from HOMELESS BUMS LIKE THAT GUY! (I was talking about him... LOL. Plot Buildup. This pure RP Playa.) He follows us like a lost puppy, whimpering and whining talking about "At least Im not a fat ass like this guy!" Fat shaming is fucking real, and it hurts. Again this is Now all IC, He is throwing shade and I throw shade back by saying "At least Im not a Homosexual Homeless man in a pleather jacket, like you!" He continues to run off. I take my nephew into the deli now and begin to get him hired, jolly days! Things were going great. Who shows up? Dr. Dago, PHD in Wopism, I tell My GOOD FRIEND, Micheal "Zealot" Chogburn about the Homeless issues in the city, and how I told my Nephew to stay away from homeless people, again, not directing it towards no one! (Regardless of Dr. Dago standing there..) I then begin being threatened by this Fucking Piece of shit, he tells me to watch myself along with other things, i respond once in italian telling him to watch his mouth, Ultimately I win because he doesnt wanna use his voice box and I begin to Mog him. A man flies into Lil Isreal, Dorian Seagal, he runs over the Dago, and I MAY of slammed his head off the concrete while he was knocked out, Whatever, he shouldnt of followed me, stalked me, threatened and shittalked me! (Now onto the OOC Parts, I was put into a sit by KA1, he questions me to no avail and I am placed back into the world, I get brought back to get told I am being banned for rdm, I disagreed with it but I accepted it, at that point, I turned to the side and blew the dirty filthy cave dwelling WOP back to the stone ages with my ASP. Should I have? Probably not, Do I regret or aplogize for that? No. I could see being punished for THAT specific part, but was it really RDM when I was in the city and slammed him? I shouldnt of been in the sit to begin with IMO besides maybe for a confirmation as to comp the guy or not, I did it in rp, and Id do it again, and Id also shoot him again. I was wrongfully put into a sit and I will stand by that!)

Why should you be unbanned? I enjoy diverge and I share a common viewpoint with many other players of the server. I know how the people feel, I know how they think, and what they want. I think a perm ban is extreme, and any longer ban than what I got is extreme, I think it is on the admins to do their duty and look into the situation, what fueled it? Why did that happen? Does one clip justify an action? They need to be proactive not reactive. As for myself, I have a fight this friday in the KUFC Fight Night using Gill Fu, I have Real Estate ranging from one end of the map to the other, I have business connections and webs of people that are beyond most peoples comprehension. I am Gill Calamari. Southside runs through my veins. I killed a man by slammed his head down, Id do it again. (I killed a man in a sit, and Id do it again.) If it was truly RDM, that would make it just murder, manslaughter even. This was pre-meditated, and I would even do it again. He shouldnt of followed me or talked shit and he would of been fine.

Hi! Original banning staff member here (I extended it from 10d -> 30d)
I was alerted by a player after they had died that you had picked them up and slammed them on the ground. This was confirmed by multiple eye witnesses and a clip of the car that hit him on accident driving way. I brought you to a sit and you say you didn't do anything wrong, so I put you back and ask eye witnesses. After getting conformation I pulled into another sit and I talked to you about how slamming someone on the ground is RDM, you proceeded to pull a gun and say "like this" and RDM the other person in the sit, right Infront of me. Then when I'm trying to speak to you about your ban, you attempt to RDM me, alas, as an admin I am in god mode. There is your original ban for: RDM|RDM in sit|ARDM in sit
It was extended to 30 days after reviewing your history (5x POs of RDM and 5x POs of VDM total of 10 random killings), this and the rest of your history was presented to upper admins, there they made the final decision to extend to perma.
All of the ban was not just my decision, as an admin I do not have the power to extend past 30d, anything past is reviewed by upper administration.

Now on to your appeal:
1, I brought you to a sit in the beginning to see if you'd admit to slamming him without me having to pull eye witnesses (this would've been a shorter ban, as you would've shown accountability) instead of confirming it, you deny that you did anything, so I had to pull others in the situation.
2, Proper escalation is not "he is shit talking, I'm going to slam his head into the ground" it would be talk -> punch -> fight 
3, In your appeal, you state not once but twice that you are not sorry and would do it again, that is not a good look.
