Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Fail Mug, Target Mug.
First thing Popov are straight up target mugging Kinahan all the time.
Second thing i had my tool gun out on the menu checking for lights then i tab out and i see a guy with a gun and saying hands hands, anyways i tried to look who it is and i saw that one of them is popov and its matador, and the other is a person who doesnt work for popov which shows thats a target mug and we already have a ticket up for target mugging always. I didnt have time to put my hands up like i was saying i wanted to put a light up the building so i was like panicking on what to do i even had my keys out so i can put my hands up but like i said no time given they didnt even count down or give me time to turn or put my hands up.
