Reason for PK: fighting cops trying to get my cassings after a mug

Why should you be unPK'd?  Because i think this pk was metagame, I was waiting for the body of my pk to spawn in after I mugged someone. The mug was an hour ago before the pk i made multiple tickets but no admins took it, After an hour goes by bullets takes my ticket and after the ticket the pd arrives in ghetto which seems fishy and bullets was actively on his cop char, the cop has his gun on safety during the entire encounter, and when pd gets their the body finally spawn and i asked him to spawn it in my room. What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Metagame

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: No i am not using a voice changer during the mug

Hey, I was the person that PK'd you upon death.

You are making metagame claims because I was on my Police character before hopping on my staff character to take the wall of tickets but it just simply isn't at all true.  The reason you died was VCWP,  you attempted to killed police to save yourself from a charge for murder.  The timing was unfortunate but I responded as soon as I could.

When starting a gunfight with LEO's you put yourself at risk of PK.

Hello I was one of the officers involved. This was a simple ghetto check and it was my idea, we had gone into room 5 turned around and a body then had spawned next to us. It wasn't meta game I did hear one of the people examining the body say it was 3 hours old. You were also wearing a Takahashi Kai pin which is a faction I main. (Who would meta game against their main?). It was just bad luck, bad timing sorry you got PKd man. Also you char was Supreme and allied with my main faction.

Breaking Fear RP while being detained by Police. If the police are detaining you for a crime and you break FEAR rp by pulling a weapon on them the NYPD are still within their right to react in self defense. This can and will be considered initiating a violent confrontation with police EVEN if you never managed to fire the weapon.

 

I was the officer who was going to detain you, and wanted to change my cuffs, but you decided to pull your weapon. It is unfortunate you died.

Once upon a time, there was a staff member called velocity.

One day, his faction decides to PK someone and asks velocity to log on to set him active, velocity immediately logs on to set the individual active only to realize Bullets had already set him active. Realizing this, he switches back to his main character to simply sit down on a couch and watch the execution unfold. That day would be velocity's last day as a staff member on this renowned server as he gets removed for "metagaming a pk".

On a more serious note, I'm commenting because I'm the guy in robes and double katanas (the classic japanese dripgod outfit) at the beginning of the clip. I literally witnessed the entire situation unfold, while it is extremely stupid for you to attempt to open fire at police, Bullets shouldn't have been there AT ALL because even if he didn't relay any information (which is quite a challenge to believe in my very biased opinion), he still has metagamed knowledge regarding the killing which results in conflict of interest. Even if this appeal gets denied which is very likely it will I highly encourage you to pursue this matter in a staff report.

@Bullets I just re-watched the last 30 seconds of that clip. I was promoted on the fly mid-ticket and was never trained nor supervised for any of my 80+ PKs during my time and even then I had the means to figure out that I shouldn't be spawning a body mid conversation with police.

You LITERALLY continued to switch to your NYPD character to pursue and KILL the SAME guy you spawned a body for, hello, UA?

Hello, one of the officers who was on the murder scene, and while I may not be the most directly involved, I had my radio on during the whole situation, and can address the claims that bullets was metagaming. 

 

At no point did bullet's cop character, Sebastian Garcia, interact with the murder scene at all. He did not respond once the call was given, he did not "relay any information" about the situation over RPD or voice radio regarding the situation, and given the circumstances, there is no way that any reasonable person could conclude that he was metagaming. He did not radio anything, he did not interact with anyone dealing with the scene, and so I have to spell out how stupid the accusations are.

 

Firstly, this situation, from his ticket being taken, to his untimely demise was three minutes long. When Bullets took the ticket, he did not know where the body was going to be spawned, and, according to the clip, Bullets spawned the body less than two minutes after he was given the clip. What is the possible "Metagame" that two people here are alleging? In that 10 seconds after the ticket was closed, did Bullets got on his PD character, and then radio in "ALL UNITS TO GHETTO, MURDER", and then three cops instantly show up? That's ridiculous, obviously didn't happen, and I don't think accusing a staff member of breaking the rules who is obviously faultless is probably not the best strategy to getting unPKed.
