Currently there is an interrogation room in cells and there is an asset left over in the wall, instead of completely discarding it maybe Pendred could build off of it like this... NOW the picture I made is pretty shit but its just an idea.

So basically what is being showed is removing the window, adding a door and using the window in the wall instead of the one facing the cells.  Could prevent metagame of somebody speaking to Detectives in there
