Mugging questions

How does mugging work, and is there a limit to what you can and cant take from a person, what makes someone just give you the money is it an rp thing or

You can't make anyone give you their money but if you restrain them you can take everything in their inventory and all the clothes that they're wearing (you can't take their pins though)
