Why should you be unbanned? I don't remember what day this happened on I was up all night long processing meth and after I processed enough I was going to car dealership to go sell my meth to the npc in the corner of car dealer And I saw my friend getting picked up by two SOS I got up close enough to see if they were messing around but my Friend rain kept saying put me down and they kept saying no And in the clip provided from Rain and the SOS in Rain's clip you can hear them say no but in the SOS Guy's clip there is no mic audio at all which means they shut it off manually Which makes them a suspect of metagame And especially one of them are third person peeking around the corner And the reason why I was banned because was because I was supposedly too far away to hear them And if you think about it why would I take a gunfight up close on a 2V1

Hey so im the banning staff member in this case.

 

There had been a discord ticket made due to a staff member's recommendation about a ticket he was unsure about. There are 2 relevant clips for this situation and both will be labeled and attached below. Inside of those clips we see two sos dudes goofing off and picking you up while ragdolled. You say 3 times throughout your clip “ put me down” the last being at 48 seconds in. on clip one we see no sight of your friend until 56 seconds in where he is far away running towards you then two seconds later he shoots. After he shoots a firefight breaks out killing the two sos. When the fight is over we see your friend running up towards you and much closer now as he ran during it.

 

During your initial sit your claim is that he was just running that way and was close enough to hear your voice and defend you. I had tested this with another staff member to see how far the voices go exactly to get a rough idea of if it was possible and it was very far off, to the point where there isnt any chance you were heard.

 

The claim is he was just running at that exact second and then defended you, however when comparing it to the theory of metagame,it makes alot more sense as thats what everything points to, a random man shooting two dudes who were carrying a white shirt with no identifiable features at the time provides very compelling evidence to that point.

The picture that you provided with the red and green boxes that's not where I was standing at all I was hugging light pole I wasn't 5 feet back from it and I also provided a clip of me barely having to walk less than 10 feet to hear rain say put me down

You need to realize is that Garry's Mod is almost a 20 year old game and it doesn't render stuff from a distance that well and just because I don't want to be shooting the pole I back up from it and even if why would I run far left when I could peak from behind the pole

Hello,

As you can see Yuki did very clear and extensive research trying to give you leeway before you were banned, the provided documentation is as clear as possible; There was no way you could "hear" your friend from that far a distance. Looking at the clips there is also no way to tell that he was your friend since he was in no clothing that could've made him easier to identify. Yuki was gracious enough to allow you to try to give a reasonable explanation but you were unable to give one. Being stated, the reasons for the ban are valid. If you don't want to be banned for violations of the rules its simple, just don't break the rules. If you cant do the time. Don't do the crime.
