What was blacklisted from you?: PET flags

Reason for blacklist (if given): I don't really remember the night cause it was like 4am but I was prop flying

Why should it be returned?: I want to apologize since I was very tired and just messing around and wasn't really thinking but I will indent it into my head to not do said thing again. I don't think I have any warnings prop wise either. I apologize sincerely and will not do it again. I just want to be able to place down dupes for my faction and also to create dupes since the building server isn't up to date yet.

i feel like, even when its super late too, that there should be some lax on the enforcement, people are kinda weird about when fun happens around the 2-4 am mark, its not really a peak time for rp, or really much of anything. so i +1 the appeal.

further more people literally try to weaponize clipping people having fun

Hello Jester, I was the staff that blacklisted you from using flags. It was really late like you mentioned, but that doesn't excuse your behavior on the server. I was in Diverge Social Room VC and somebody had their stream on of the server, and I witnessed first-hand you and a few others being neglectful with their PET flags. You stood out most from the crowd due to you breaking a plethora of the PET rules. You were flinging cars into the sky, flying on props, and making large ramps for cars to jump off of.

When I logged onto the server and flew over to the group that was doing it, I heard somebody say, "There is a staff on, delete it" and it all suddenly vanished once you realized somebody might see you being a minge with your flags. In my opinion, you shouldn't be unblacklisted and should go a few more months without them to really learn your lesson because if this "only happened because you were tired" then what stops you from getting tired again and doing the exact same thing later down the line?

Bullets is entirely correct in pointing out that the server has no "minge hours" or "off-peak" time in which more leniency is (or should be) given to rule breaks. The server is there for roleplay, at all hours, and many players are trying to roleplay and enjoy themselves at these times, too. A lower number of players/staff does not open the door to break rules, and it shows a disregard for the rules that other players ensure they stick to.

With all that being said, we tend to stick to a 1 warning system with PET flag abuse, and you have not received a note/warning for this prior to your blacklist. The decision has been made to accept your appeal. Please make sure you are following the rules at all times when connected to the server, and on your next PET related offense you will likely receive a blacklist.
