Allow us to amend the charges when executing a warrant to add charges on to the warrant to say they commit felony resisting while fleeing. as if you just send them to court regularly the warrant will still stand

That's just blatant corruption and not how warrants work at all. If you have a document with the listed charges and it's signed by a judge, you'd need a entirely new document with the new charge added otherwise it's illegal and abuse of the system lmao.

1 you arrest someone for multiple felony’s 
2 you take him to cells and see he has a warrant

3 you execute the warrant he’s pending trail.
4 you tell the DAs office the new charges and his warrants charges
5 he gets bailed out without felony status becuase his charges didn’t include the new charges.

If a nigga has a misdemeanour warrant and you execute it he’s in pen for a misdemeanour if he commits a felony you have no way to add it on without you retards abusing the fact u haven’t had ur temporary felony status given
