Allow us to amend the charges when executing a warrant to add charges on to the warrant to say they commit felony resisting while fleeing. as if you just send them to court regularly the warrant will still stand

That's just blatant corruption and not how warrants work at all. If you have a document with the listed charges and it's signed by a judge, you'd need a entirely new document with the new charge added otherwise it's illegal and abuse of the system lmao.
