BabaChrissy Posted 19 hours ago Share Posted 19 hours ago (edited) Your Character or Steam Name: Chrissy Soprana Your SteamID (Click to retrieve): STEAM_0:0:498443887 Your Discord ID#: memesterrr Reason for ban: LTARP Length of ban: 3 Days Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I was jailed last night, forced to spend almost a whole hour in interrogation room with no acknowledgement. and I already mentioned to the mod/admin Greenvghost (same person that banned me) that i need to get this done so i can get to my sisters graduation in the morning (mind you its close to 1 am and I wasnt expecting to be ignored in a room alone for almost an hour) he acknowledges that and gets me close to no help. im jailed for 40 minutes and im told i can just come back on later and finish up the sentence later since I need to wake up in 5 hours. Why should you be unbanned? I did nothing wrong! im willing to spend my '40 year' sentance again just so i can play man! i wasnt trying to avoid punishment but im also not leaving my pc on all night to let my fake make believe character stand there while i sleep. whats the difference? if anything, me coming back online to serve my sentence is more of a display of willingness to serve the sentence and RP. lets be for real here and have a heart. my lil sis just graduated and i was supposed to waste my sleep to sit in a cell? like i said jail me again and let me join. When you initially made the ticket I informed the officers of your time limit and they indeed made the attempt to speed up. I was informed by them that you disconnected just before they were going to sentence you, which I deemed as reason enough to warrant the ban. Logs show that you indeed signed the plea deal only to disconnect before they could sentence you. Link to comment
calink Posted 36 minutes ago Share Posted 36 minutes ago Hi The issue here arises from the fact you were not sentenced through the jailor to initiate your jail time before disconnecting. However, you were co-operative with your arrest, and your reason for wanting to get off quickly seems honest. Please ensure that the RP continues when you are next online, and allow an Officer to put you through the jailor NPC. Link to comment
