What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  *

Well, truthfully, to be honest with you, my main reason has been due to my spark for diverge re igniting. I’ve been playing this server for the last 5 years. I’ve been playing on and off, but mostly on, and have grown up through this server, corny enough to say. I’ve gone from a little 13-year-old kid with a squeaky voice to an 18-year-old high school graduate with a heavy accent. I’ve had some of the most fun online through this server and the people I’ve met through it. Every time I diverge and play and see something or hear someone’s voice that I’ve talked to or done before, it sparks a memory in my mind, which is all good for my past on this server. This has occurred through my ups and downs. I’ve had the chance to play during times when people mingle, especially during nights or down moments, and to be honest with you, it kills the mood. It makes the player more likely to do stupid stuff that they see, and from my own perspective, I’ve done it before as well. I just want that to stop from occurring and make this server a server that people play for years, having good memories and making friends that stay for years as well. I just want to extend this server to be as good as it is now in the future.

Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  *

I should be considered over other candidates, truly due to my experience both in staff and also due to my play time/years played. I have been staff 3 times on this server, and each time I have gotten to admin before leaving for different reasons each time. I’ve amassed thousands of tickets throughout that time and have been through every single situation that anyone could think about, from a simple RDM to a mass perma ban case. The second reason is due to my play time and resulting from that experience. I’ve been playing for a while and, because of that, know all the rules and all the specifics of the rules that others may not know. I also am very versed with the community, as many know me.

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?:

To answer this question would be as if a bear shits in a wood. Of course, I have been banned before and for every reason anyone could think of, from mass rdm to vdm to RDA to power game and to mingining. I’ve been through it all, but gladly this has happened in the past; now my future and present. A thing I like to remember about mistakes is that the past has happened, the present is now, and the future is later. I can’t change my past, but I can fix my future by not messing up my present. I’ve been playing for so long and have made so many mistakes that I am ashamed to be truthful. I won’t lie and say that I am a perfect person. I’m not; I’m one of the worst cases of this, but I try, and even though many can’t see that, those who know me personally know that I have changed and tried and try daily to fix myself from my past. To those I have told before, I’m sorry for my past; I’m sorry for what I’ve done to you in the past; I just want a chance to show who I truly am and who I want to become.

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  *

I would say not to gloat about myself, to be one of the most well-known people in this community. I’ve talked to essentially everyone throughout the years and have made many great friends and, sadly, enemies who do not like me. Like I’ve said before, I’ve done lots of wrong to lots of different people for lots of different reasons. I’m truly sorry. I’m not ashamed of saying sorry because I know I’ve messed up, and I just want to say Forgive me; let me show you who I am seriously and don’t base me off my minge side / the side of me that you have seen that is annoying/mingy. This is apparent when I joined Colombo’s and have essentially completely changed who I am. I don’t want to be known as a troll or little kid, but as a normal guy people can have fun within VC or even in-game. I just want to have fun with everyone, as this is a game, and everyone wants to be cool with each other. I don’t want to be that unchanged person that people hate. 

What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?:

Not to be cheesy, but every new moment I have on Diverge is my favorite, but in my past it would have to be old Lucchese, ccng, and even new Colombo’s, not gonna lie. I like to live in the moment rather than reflect on the past. But one memorable moment was when we had defeated the federation in the war, and we had a big party afterwards, shit was peak ngl.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:

If I were off duty and someone RDMs, I would first talk in admin chat by using @ and see if any admins are able to take the ticket and respond as soon as they can. I would also see if the RDM is near me so that I can have a clip ready for staff just in case the T.M doesn’t have any. But this also depends on the circumstances, such as other admins being afk, then I would get on my staff char to assist and whatnot.

You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:

If this would happen, since I don’t have the power to do anything about this, I would first collect as much evidence as I could to compile it into a Google Doc to then give it to UA / Canadian Bacon to deal with it.

A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?:

This would be 100% biased, as if you take a faction member's ticket, your subconscious would be favored towards your faction, as you know them, and it wouldn’t be fair for the other person. I would wait to see if any admins could take the ticket and deal with the situation. But look, if no one else is on and I have to take the ticket, I would do this. I would approach the ticket the same as any other ticket, no matter what the situation is and who the person is. It could be my friends or even my don. I wouldn’t care; I would approach it like any other ticket and move with collecting evidence and moving forward, and if needed, get an extra opinion from other staff / higher admins than me to help without an bias.

This doesn’t really make sense, you expect him to stay silent when he feels he was wronged.  He voiced his frustration with staff, you told a rule that didn’t exist and then he wanted another member of staff that had a better understanding of the rules.

Ask anyone who has been staff with me, I’ve never let my emotions dictate my decisions at all. I don’t tie in emotions to make my decisions but rather rules and regulations. You may have had a bad interaction with me on cop chars but that shouldn’t dictate your opinion on me as staff.

Hello green ghost. I believe yesterday was a fucked situation overall. I was in cells for an hour and a half dealing with a situation that should have been over as soon as the 30 min threshold was over, but that situation has moved on and it’s over with. I don’t care anymore personally. 
 

At my state of mind I wouldn’t say my “crashout” is a crashout but rather me getting mad over an injustice in a horrendous situation from both PD and unfortunately from you staff with you incompetence of mixing up rules regarding arrests and switching your opinion every time you were asked about the arrest.

Hello Kyle idk who you are but let me respond to your reply. I have not and will never abuse my powers for wrong ever in staff and this has been proven by my trackrecord as staff. I’ve never been demoted or striked for any of my actions during staff. Every time I was staff, I left on my own accord. 
 

I don’t hate anyone on this server, even those who have wronged me I try to look at them with a new eye every time I see them and speak to them. I don’t let others opinions about me change my opinion about them.

Hello Austin. Thank you for you support at first with my application. Like I said in my application and my apologies to many in the server, I want to change people’s perceptions regarding me. I want people to not see that minge side. I hate it and I wish I never minged. It ruined my self image and daily I try to change it by proving myself to be a role player, a person who contributes and doesn’t a community.
