Look, just because he has a PO doesnt mean he is going to cheat again. He was banned for being in a cheating Discord, but that doesnt necessarily mean he was cheating on "Diverge". Personally, I don't really care what he did on other servers what matters is whether he actually cheated here.

This just seems like everybody who doesn't like him -1ing, yet nobody has actual proof he cheated this time around, so perhaps we should wait before condemning the man.

Id just like to say real quick that recently all these cheating bans that have been thrown out at people are being passed around like candy. Minimal evidence is brought on people who are accused of cheating and they have to open their wallets and cough up bands for shit that they didn't even do in the first place. It's simple: Provide the evidence that I cheated and we can move on. Or you can unban me and call it a day because I don't believe there is any substantial evidence against myself for cheating this time around.

Why should you be unbanned?

Last night while playing somebody started saying "kirkware on top" in rumours and then later a discord link was posted in rumours. I joined it and found out it was a cheating discord. I had left the diverge server and I eventually decided to try it out on sandbox. Then I went to a 1942RP server to troll around. I never cheated on Diverge this time around and I had zero intent in doing so. I assume I was banned off the assumption based on me being in a cheat discord server. If ample evidence can be provided that I cheated I will own up to it and spend time away and or pay for this. I know I cheated in the past and that makes me look bad but I have been clean since my unban and I don't want my time I've put into my main character to go to waste. Thank you for taking your time in reading this appeal.

Check my medal and you'll see that I've been clean in all my clips since my unban.

is there any proof that he cheated or was it just because of him being in a discord honestly this looks like staff is just doind a 50/50
