This isn't anything insane, but a quick change that Bingus or whoever owns the Government Documents can do.

Currently the Criminal Complaint sheet lists 2 charges at the top by default, but below that it asks you to describe the 3 assumed charges they're being charged with.  If you could just edit the counts to either be 2 charges or the other way around making the top charges 3 instead would be dope

We should get rid for all the templates and have attorneys use their own CPL complaint versions for every single filing
