What was blacklisted from you?: PET flags

Reason for blacklist (if given): Some guy rammed his car ontop of mine and parked it intentionally so i couldn't drive my car and i used a prop to fling the car off mine. In hindsight he was just baiting so he could call staff.

Why should it be returned?: My pet flags were taken because of prior offenses from years ago. The only recent one was from September 2025 and the admin told me it said if i did it again my pet flags would be removed. I was never informed of that and I dont think one offense 9 months later warrants flags removed entirely. I dont think it is fair to remove pet flags without any recent warnings for it especially given the circumstance of the prop abuse. I understand it is prop abuse to hit a car with my physgun no matter the reasoning. I will not do it again and I would like to have flags back.

I'm the admin who took your flags away, With the most recent note date being true I chose to take your flags away based on the victim showing me proof of you doing it once and then rumors of you doing it multiple times again along with your history with the abuse.

The guy whos car I flung claimed I did it to him multiple times before but I did not. I do not think it is fair to even consider his claim I did it "multiple times" when he has no evidence at all.

Also I think after 9 months enough time has passed to not have flags instantly removed for one offense. 

The guy rammed his car on top of mine on purpose to be a dick. I understand it is still against the rules but its not like I randomly flung his car without provocation to be a minge.

it wasn’t based on that, it’s the fact that you have two prior notes in general and chose to keep flinging people.

No reasonable person is going to recall a warning from 9 months ago on a gmod server. I had no idea that I had been warned for prop abuse in the past.

Over the course of your time on the server you have racked up numerous notes relating to PET abuse, as well as other system abuses (spin abuse, for example)

You have had 2 prior warnings for serious PET flag abuse, that inhibited roleplay. We usually stick to 1 warning followed by a blacklist. I am aware that some of these incidents were awhile ago, but that does not mean you entirely forgot what is an acceptable use of your PET flags, and it is on the user to be aware of, and follow, our server rules.

As such the decision has been made to deny your appeal.
