Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Server mugging rule no. 3 ,

My player was mugged in front of another player who happened to be part of my faction, the witness himself was not mugged, but left alone.

It was one guy, whom the attackers knew as he temporarily worked for them; outside of that I also cleared it with a higher staff member. Everything looks fine.

Hello, the person who PK’d you here.

The guy you claimed was one of our workers standing next to you was actually working for us before. He left the family without permission and started working for your side, which means his F3 was still with us.

As for the witness you mentioned, while you were getting mugged and PK’d, he stood there in /anim 2 saying "holy shit" and watched like a good girl instead of doing anything. If he was really your guy, why didn't he step in?

We didn't mug him because my crew and I don't waste time dealing with small fries. We saw the two of you walking through the tunnel like complete fools and decided to mug you. I was on my capo character and attempted the mug together with members of my own crew.

As you stated in your own clip, it was very obvious that you were about to get mugged, and you even acknowledged it yourself. Despite that, you voluntarily chose to pull out your weapon and resist.

When Monaclu pulled both of us into the sit, he explained the situation to you as clearly as possible. He told you why you were PK'd, why the PK was valid, and that a higher-ranking staff member had already reviewed the situation and approved it.

Also, I'm not really sure why you brought up the yellow-line rule in this appeal, considering the tunnel is already a yellow zone anyway.

I'm going to comment because I love Andy and was one of the first people he spammed (at 7AM in the morning) with excitement. Andy indeed does not waste time dealing with "small fries". Welcome to O-Block retard.

(You can be mugged in the tunnels, and the person working for you can be a double agent. Don't pull out a gun next time and you won't get PKed.)

Yellow line rule wasnt the highlighted part here, but the part in black and white stating that it must be donein an area voud of other NPC's and players. Pretty straight forward black and white ink straight from the servers own rule book.

Look, I respect that you're trying your chances here. But if you want to start talking about the rules while one seasoned administrator and another staff member above him already reviewed the situation, then sure, let's talk about the rules.

FearRP, let's start with Rule #1:
1. While under fearrp it's recommended you oblige by the commands of your captor, if you attempt to escape or pull out a weapon to fight back but are killed that would display a disregard for your own safety, a calculated risk you took which failed, resulting in your PK.

Lets be a little bit realistic now. You are in a quiet, isolated area with no one around. Suddenly, a car pulls up, stops in front of you, and 3 BLACK NIGGAS jump out and rush toward you. You immediately recognize what's happening and even say, "I'm about to get mugged."

If I hadn't landed a headshot on you from behind while you were firing, maybe you would've landed a lucky shot on one of the guys in front of you and taken him down with you. Maybe you would've killed me instead. Maybe the guy standing next to you, who had previously left our faction and joined yours, someone we were already familiar with (F3), could've been armed and started shooting once our backs were turned. Maybe a police officer could've rolled up and dropped all of us, There are literally tons of possibilities.

We understood all of those possibilities and accepted the risks before initiating the mugging.But You, on the other hand, completely disregarded your own life instead of escalate the situation. You chose to fight back immediately rather than preserve your character's safety, which is exactly why Rule #1 exists.

As for Rule #3:
3.If you're holding someone under Fear RP and issue them orders/warnings not to do something and they disobey you may kill them. However, one single warning/order will not suffice, multiple warnings in a very short time span will also not suffice, you have to give them adequate time to react.

The problem is that you never gave us, or even yourself, an opportunity for any roleplay or escalate. You didn't attempt to react, negotiate, comply, stall, or engage with the situation in any way. The second you realized what was happening, you chose to act out of pride, ignored the value of your character's life, and immediately escalated the situation into a gunfight. As a result, YOU DIED.

You keep bringing up the guy next to you as if he's some crucial witness, but if either he or we wanted him involved, he had every opportunity to make a move. He didn't. We didn't force anything on him because, as I already said, I have no interest in dealing with small fry.

If necessary, I'll gladly provide all evidence and information to the UA. At this point, let's leave it to the UA for reviewing the situation and let them make the final decision.
