+ 1 I only had one bad interaction with him so far And reading through what everyone said It does seem like he was boosted to Lieutenant quicker than most people But if he does his job well I see no problem with it

LITERALLY last night, he swapped chars from Thomas J. Callahan to Daniel Gordon, just to arrest me on information he learned from his other character. He ordered giang to the lobby and had him arrest me for "trespassing".
