Wont this be abused by new players? Thankfully our amazing dev team is able to put time restrictions on certain features to minimize abuse from players.

What about the minges? Thankfully we have a large staff team that is growing every day, and their role is to catch and punish rule breakers. 

When would this be used for RP?  You could use this when you’re breaking someones knees for owing you money. You could knock out your nephew, stuff him in a trunk, and drive him to harbor for a mock execution. The possibilities are endless.
