Why should it be returned?: Ive learned from past mistakes and stopped the whole minge shit im acually serious about roleplay now and would like to make more than 2 characters to add more roleplay to me like maybe a oil character or another criminal faction character and im sorry for the people i hurt minging

As someone directly involved with one of your most recent bans, I find it a little hard to believe that you have made a significant enough improvement to your roleplay to warrant a lift of this restriction in such a short time.

Then again we need more Rockefellers online so +1

I restricted you from creating characters because you were disrupting, abusing and showing you had no regard for characters and roleplay back then. Whilst its been a while i do not mind giving you another chance but you are on very thin ice.

After checking your Ban History you recently paid for a unban for ban reason Mugging Character, LQP. Which obviously wouldve made the difference if you actually improved, as its been last year august since i took your perms 

We've came to the mutal agreement to not give you a chance as for now. You recently came from a permanent ban and then received another ban for RDM. Therefore we do not think you have proven yourself enough that we could grant these character flags back.
