Change how the Stash checks damage

I'm not entirely sure how possible this is but ever since the stashes have been added they have a flawed way of timing you out of your items. The stash will lock you out of it regardless of the reason or way you take damage, it could be car accident, starvation, fall damage, drug addiction or combat between players.

How I've thought it over is some how mimic the system weapons, clothes and swapping characters have and detect player combats instead of all of the above.  Doing this change would be a massive QoL update for those who actually use stashes (everyone that isn't retarded) saving a little bit of time on top of the 10ish seconds you have wait to actually use the stashes, I see almost no reason not to do this but if there is reason behind this I'd like to know why.

Real fr, im tired of dumbass niggas in a crown vic or a maserati smack me when im otw to the stash and then having to wait to get what i needed

I think it's funny that taking damage from drug addiction locks you out of the container with all your drugs
