PolarGMC Posted yesterday at 01:26 AM Share Posted yesterday at 01:26 AM (edited) Name of Character: Pyotyr "Tachanka" Rowynsky Character ID: 194156 SteamID: STEAM_0:0:541641638 Your Discord ID#: polargmc Date of PK: 4/21/2026 Reason for PK: i presume the failed raid of a ghetto room Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: There was no proof as nobody was outside to see me pick, the only way i could be identified is via 3rd person peeking, if someone did see me pick, i would like to see that POV, as the person who we were raiding was sticking their gun through the door, and most likely was 3rd person peeking. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: Edited yesterday at 01:28 AM by PolarGMC fixing grammar Link to comment
money blue
Hello, I was directly involved with your killing & the one that killed your underboss. I was called through radio by one of my guys that there was someone trying to lockpick their room, I responded to it and found you and your underboss running (both of you were masked up & the only people around... not suspicious at all btw). After y'all pulled guns out is when shots were exchanged leading to yours and Trumader's death. The guy in the room had little to no involvement with your death as the only reason you died was because of radio comms. 1 Link to comment

The evidence was purely circumstantial, and if we had not lockpicked, it would be considered RDM as we had done nothing proveable to you. It seems like you were just looking for somebody to shoot. I am referring to the original point of contact when you chased after us. You had no proof we were the ones lockpicking, and also chased after us while your gun was out. Link to comment
vel0city
Hello, PKing admin here! First of all, yes, you were PKed because of a failed raid. In the evidence provided to me, it can be seen that a member of an organization is in distress and is requesting assistance over the radio frequency, claiming that his room is being lockpicked. Once the TM arrives to the ghetto, you and your accomplice can be seen masked up, running out from another room towards the fence next to the weed NPC. The TM shouts at you and pursues you to the fence, at which point your accomplice pulls out a gun on the TM and dies. You kill the TM, and another faction member kills you. I personally had second thoughts before going forward with the PK, but given the circumstances and after receiving a second opinion from a fellow staff member, two masked people exiting a room and fleeing only seconds after lockpicking was heard was considered considerable evidence. You being two people also matched the description of the person inside the room who said, “2 people are trying to break into my room” (it’s not hard to differentiate footsteps, especially on wood) over the radio. If this itself wasn’t concrete evidence that you were perpetrating something, your friend pulling a gun on the TM confirmed that you indeed were. As it is stated in the Robbery Rules: “If you are killed during the robbery/raid, it will result in a PK.” Best of luck on your character appeal. Link to comment

He pulled a gun on us first, this could be seen as a matching of force. Link to comment

I've just rewatched the evidence, the TM's weapon remained on safety until the moment Trumader drew his firearm, which does not indicate a proportional escalation. At the time, you were 2 (appearently 3) individuals actively attempting to flee the scene of a robbery. Under these circumstances, you were considered PK-Active to members of that faction. Again, there was no evidence we were the ones that attempted to raid their room, and people are masked in ghettos all the time. Link to comment
Ace Admiral
Hello! When it comes to lockpicking the way you can find out who is the "guilty" party is not always just by seeing them lockpick. In this case, the witness heard you lockpick, while the TM who pk'd you was not there to watch you, the PK is aided with the fact that 2 masked up guys with guns out run out of ghetto to get away. There was a 2 minute frame from you lockpicking then being killed, this is within the time frame for retaliating against raiders. This is also aided by logs, when looking at logs it says you lockpicked it. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified. You may not re-appeal this PK. Edited 1 hour ago by Ace Admiral Link to comment
