Reason for ban: 3X RDM and Metagaming

Length of ban: 2 days

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I agree with my 1X RDM and Metagaming. But i don't agree with 3X RDM because how can it be RDM if people are literally trying to take away my life? One person was trying to shoot me from behind with a pistol and other one was punching me it seems like pretty good reason to shoot to me the clip will be below and time stamps are here : 00:16-00:22 (This is not RDM because he was punching me) 00:36-00:38 (This was RDM) 00:51-00:54 (This was not RDM because he started shooting at me)

Why should you be unbanned?: I shouldn't, i just want the time of my ban to be shorter

Hello, Banning Adming here. These were the clips provided to me, Usually when i ban someone with PO's the time scales with Each Rule Broken, In your situation, i decided to give you a Two Day ban instead of a 3/4, because you are clearly new to the server and your actions were influenced by those in the VC.

For future reference, You MAY NOT Be in a Vc whilst roleplaying, and actively commenting on the situations that are going on, as that constitutes Metagame. In the clips provided to me, The reporting party was trapped behind a door, and shot before he dealt visible damage to you, making it RDM. In the clip Prior, you are clearly in a VC and RDM him for no reason, and his friend. As there was no RP leading up to these situations you were Banned for 2D, for your rule breaks.

The only one out of all those kills that i do not see as a RDM, Is when you were shot / punched. even in that situation you RDMed the Reporting Party on Multiple occasions as given with your own clips
