Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: The reasoning is completely invalid as ive never once touched their faction funds (Which are all in the hands of their current underboss) as well as i was given permission by the current don to leave the faction.

You were killed through orders from your Previous Faction.
As I'm sure you are aware, when you join a faction you get a pop up reading a few things, one of them is, that you may be PKed by your boss.
In the act of leaving the faction, Anyone with permission to write orders is allowed to do so.

Please keep the proof of your claims handy, for when UA Reach out to you. thank you for making your appeal.

Was confirmed in VC by Finley current don of Kinahan amongst multiple staff members that he wasnt aware I was given permission to leave. And if you check logs it can be seen that I've never touched their faction funds.
