Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): My game had crashed while I was in the cells when I tried to rejoin my Gmod has been stuck in a constant state of validating.

Why should you be unbanned? I didn't leave on purpose I tried to rejoin and fix the problem but my game is having technical issues.

With the evidence i was given, including the logs showing your disconnect was via User Input, as can be seen here.

Judging from the proof that was provided to me, It appears as if you LTARPed to avoid being searched during your arrest.

I will take the ban forget the appeal but that's still not true nor what happened. I've never done this before even when my main char was taken in and given life. I did see lost connection to server in red letters in the corner of my screen I thought I had a clip to show yet my disk space was full making my clipping never start recording. I did disconnect at that time believing I lost connection with full intent to rejoin. My PC has had an ongoing issue where it crashes often freezing and shutting off when left on something I did while I went to the gym. When my PC turned back on I went to reopen gmod however gmod was validating so I waited and waited and it never stopped validating for 3 hours something I made a ticket about to let staff know im having issues. I then uninstalled and reinstalled my gmod which ended the loop and I was able to boot up. I'm not saying your wrong likely I regained connection as I disconnected. I had full intention of rejoining asap but was prevented so by 2 technical issues. I don't say this to help my appeal I really just care about my word here and making it clear that I didn't do this intentionally. I also wanna make it clear that I'm not arguing with you I'm just trying to give context to the situation I've been up since late last night trying my hardest to make this right. If you did infact open a ticket through the discord to inform them of a technical issue leading up to your ban or shortly after, then that helps your case.

At the end of the day, it's up to other staff to Accept or Deny this Appeal.
