Reason for appeal (dispute/apology):i decided to make this appeal due to the fact many people told me it wasn't ltap at all due to the fact i wasn't being arrested or detained  he had came up to me said "hey" sarcastically of course so i just swapped chars previous to this i had been on a rooftop with a ar15 guarding little Italy due to the SOS drama and the cop came up behind me said "hey" i turned around unequipped my gun and just disconnected loaded back in hit onto  another character trolled my buddy's a bit. but it is not LTAP if i wasn't being detained nor arrested which i wasn't it was the beginning to a confrontation 

Why should you be unbanned? i would say yes i avoided the confrontation but i wasn't being detained nor arrested it easily could be considered a character swap  it was a interaction to a extent where he just said "hey" i left simple as that. do not have a clip so i would expect this to be a he said she said so it may get denied but i don't want it on my ban sheet if it doesn't classify as LTAP.

Hey there I was the admin that banned you, I will not be taking it back as in the clip you left immediately, You are also arguing with me over my ruling in discord as you admitted in discord you left to avoid the cops after they confronted you on the roof with guns in your hands. you and another left to AVOID dealing with them which in my eyes is still leaving to avoid a punishment. You didn't give them a chance to even interact which shows me you knew you could either A. be in trouble for carrying a class 3 that i think isn't a permitted open carry. or b. you left cause you didn't have a license and didn't wish to deal with the confrontation. So i am sorry but you left while knowing the cops we're gonna be starting a interaction. I will not be lifting it.

Not ltap if he just says “hey” and I leave lmao I could’ve already been leaving I never said anything back could’ve not been able to hold X cause I was in the menu

Hello! 

Crimson already explained clearly why you were banned and you admitted to it so we don't have to rehash that. I will just clarify this rule for you. You in fact did LTARP. You were well aware what you were doing was illegal. A cop began to speak to you. You acknowledge yourself that is the reason you chose to leave. That is the definition of Leaving To Avoid RP.
