Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): So I shot this man on two separate occasions whilst i was on the roof top watching over the meat market due to yesterdays actions. I saw this man shoot a group of people who were attempting to flee from him. I shot him but did not kill him and called him down radio for someone to arrest him. The 2nd time someone punched his friend, there was about a 6-second gap, then he shot him as he was standing still, 2 seconds after that whilst the gun was still in his hand i shot and killed him.

Both of these times, he was an active threat to life and posed a threat to people around him. The banning staff member (Bullets) was there and present during the shootings and then took the staff ticket and said im being banned. There was only video clips provided for one out of the two shootings.

Why should you be unbanned? Unjustified ban

I banned you because you were sat on top of a roof shooting down on civilians without making any attempts of arrest but you didn't do this once but twice, not to mention you were in plain clothes and had no badge on.  You have been banned a plethora of times for RDM on your cop character and should be grateful you didn't receive a longer punishment.  You mentioned the reason behind shooting these people was because "Shooting people because their friends are being punched isn't the correct use of force" which is ironic because don't you think executing a player without making an attempt of arrest would also not be the correct use of force?  You've been playing for half a decade and have yet to fully grasp the rules, so I believe I was more than fair with my ruling.  Have a good day.

Ngl bullets if you banned him off that clip then that's wild af bro is an active threat and killed someone 1-2 seconds before getting domed is wild. He you watched someone just kill a man why don't you climb down a roof find and cuff someone who you watch kill. Also thought plain clothes and no badge argument is for pks by cop.

Hi,

In this case the killing was unjustified. It seems to me that you allowed a crime to happen, so that you could execute a suspect.

I understand the concept of a detective doing an 'eagle-eye' type investigation, but any kind of work like this should be explicitly to make arrests, not 'hospitalize'/kill players.

You should always be attempting arrest, the player was not an active threat to you or others, and you witnessed the full context of his violence and would have known as much.

You could have attempted arrest - I realise one defense would likely be 'I can't jump from a roof during roleplay and risk my life' to which I'd say - why weren't you working with officers on the ground to respond?

Realistically, this scenario is you waiting in hiding for players to do anything that gives you the slightest reason to shoot your gun. This isn't something that works or is allowed on 1990's Mafia RP - more of a 1940's vibe, lol.

It is the opinion of myself and other Seasoned staff that this was RDM, and with your extensive priors you certainly know better.
