Reason for appeal (dispute/apology):
I believe this ban was a misunderstanding. I was not forcing a roleplay scenario onto anyone, and I was not making anyone do anything against their will. I was simply walking around and was not actively involved in anything that would fit the server’s definition of powergaming. Based on the rule as written, I do not believe my actions matched that offense.

Why should you be unbanned?
I did not intentionally break server rules, and I do not believe I committed powergaming in this situation. I enjoy playing on the server and would appreciate the ban being reviewed fairly. If needed, I am willing to cooperate and explain exactly what happened.

Hello, I’m the staff member who issued your punishment. You approached a group of individuals standing in front of their business and proceeded to drop a body bag containing a deceased person on their property. This action forced a roleplay scenario onto the individuals working at that business.

You then deleted the character you performed this action on in an attempt to hide your involvement. Based on your previously clean record, I issued you a shorter punishment.

Hey, I just wanna say I didn’t drop a body bag on anyone’s property or try to force any RP on them. From what I remember I was literally just walking around and not doing anything like that.

I did delete my character, but it wasn’t to hide anything. I just didn’t like the character anymore and wanted a fresh start. I didn’t realize it could look like I was trying to hide involvement or something.

I’ve had a clean record on the server and I actually like playing here, so I wouldn’t purposely break rules like that. Also two of my good friends that I haven’t played with in a long time are on right now and they don’t get to play much, so it would mean a lot if I could play with them while they’re around.

If you could just look into it again I’d appreciate it.

You did indeed drop body bags, as claimed by the TM and supporting staff member Velocity.

This is blatant powergame and forces the TM and his peers into an unfair roleplay scenario, which could lead to accusation, arrest, or otherwise detrimental outcomes: 

• Powergaming is described as forcing a scenario or roleplay onto someone against their will, usually in violation of the rules. Using other game mechanics to powergame can include, attempting to force players to do things outside of the server, forcing players to commit suicide, forcing players to commit crimes, forcing players to RP or /me's against their will, forcing players to give their f3, etc etc,
