What ever happened to one of the many made up rules, where UA decided that mugging for money is failmug, as you can not tell how much money a player has?
Something about how demanding cash during a mugging, than being PKd over not having the asked for amount of cash is powergame?

Mugging char should invalidate all RP. If he wasn't breaking the rules Motorhead would have never been put in this situation. We need to look at it this way.

1. If the person with the weapon puts it away or turns his line of sight (Meaning the user has turned completely away and is not even slightly facing you. Usually at an angle of larger than 90 degrees), fearRP becomes null and you may take the window of opportunity to retaliate with little to no risk. (Does not apply if multiple weapons are pointed at you)

bro turned pretty much 90 degrees from the person he put in fear rp, the fear rp became null so the dude ran

 

"- If you disengage fear rp and they attempt to flee or fight back." (this is one of the rules in a mugging that wont result in a pk)
