What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * My motivation behind applying for staff is. After being on the server for quite some time there are points when staff isn't very active. I've noticed that these times are when the most issues happen. I'd also like to add that for sometime I've considered staff I just never applied. After becoming more active then ever I feel as If I should give back for the time I've been putting into the server. Diverge is the only Gmod server I take serious and I'd like to try my best to make it a better place. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I think I should be considered over others due to my time on server I know the rules and take them seriously as well as thriving to keep bad rp or bad intentions away. I feel as If I'm fit to be staff and take the role seriously I aim to always give a fair and equal opportunity for any tickets that I may be taking and or reviewing. As well as keeping bias views away from my possible tickets or reviews. Do you have any previous staffing experience? I would say that I'm recognizable. I try not to be too out there as I like to keep a semi low profile. I've been around a long time but never truly cared to put my name out there and grow my reputation. Although I do hope to grow my reputation. I would say I have a very good reputation though as I uphold myself with great RP and following the server rules. I also would say to my knowledge no one has bad views of me and I'm very easy to get along with. What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: My favorite moment from Diverge would be from my days in the MacArthur Family it was my first faction. After sometime in the faction a coup took place. It was crazy to experience and shortly after I joined the Flanagan's. I spent a ton of time with them and rose through the ranks and experienced several wars. Event wise it would be when the redcoats fought the Americans on fourth of July I believe it was. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: Fox ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would clip the event and make a staff ticket. I would let the staff member taking the ticket know exactly step by step what happened as well as showing the clip I would have. While doing so I would make sure the event was actually RDM and not a misunderstanding. I would then try my best to ensure there is no bias opinions from the staff member taking the ticket. After the event is resolved I would keep away from the person who RDM'd me to my best ability. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would ensure I have solid proof of the member abusing staff powers. I would then follow staff chain of command and provide the proof as needed. And if possible I would also find evidence of prior staff abuse to further ensure the person abusing staff would have no ways of continuing to do so . A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: There would be absolutely no bias in a matter of this fashion. If a member of my faction was accused of RDM'ing or minging I would look at it as any other ticket I would be taking. They would be treated the same as everyone else and I would ensure the evidence is solid proof of the accusation.
