Reason for PK: Im not really sure I would assume fear RP?

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: 

So there was a player that I’ve had some beef with before. I went up to him pretending to call someone over, and my plan was to drop a restraint near him just to see if he would actually use it on me as part of roleplay. However, I accidentally clicked use instead of drop. He saw it happen and immediately killed me.

I didn’t mean to use it at all  it was honestly just a misclick. Afterward, I tried to find him again to explain that it was out of roleplay and a mistake, but I couldn’t locate him.

I’ve put a lot of time and effort into playing and working in the game, so if this situation could be resolved or looked into, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you for taking the time to read my appeal.

Hi Pking admin here you were pked due to tying someone up in the middle of city hall causing you to be under fear RP, He then quickly killed you with a hatchet as you provided in your clip. When I went to pull you, I had saw that you disconnected not long after you were killed by him, I waited for you to rejoin in logs, but what I saw at the time was you just disconnecting which resulted in me pking your character.

well, it was retardation.. I didnt mean to click use on him I was trying to drop it to see if he uses on me. if anything why would I retrain him in the middle of public and he has a weapon and I dont.. I swear this was an accident

So you were trying to see if he would tie you up, and then, I'm guessing, pk him for it? Pretty funny when it goes the other way.

Well yes and no, but my point is it was a out of roleplay reason, and I just wanted to see if he would do it so I did have a reason, I told a admin in the discord ticket and told me too claim retardation/OORP

He didn't mean too as he stated. It was a out of roleplay reason and he claimed retardation. Why would someone restraint someone in the middle of town hall infront of everyone without a weapon?

Are we slow? I clicked use on accident instead of drop.. Not only that but he was the one that walked up to me. Why tf would I retrain somone in the middle of city hall with no weapons.. Be fr

Hello!

First, to clarify, you weren’t PKd for being put under Fear RP, you were PKd for dying while PK active. You became active the moment you tried to tie this player up.

Now, I see your argument that it was accidental. The “evidence” you provided for this just clearly doesn’t add up. You for one cut out the start of the tying. We can’t see if you did it through the C menu or through your F1 inventory where you have to right click and actually click the appropriate option. Second, you keep yourself still and tying them. And finally, you admit yourself your “plan” was to even bait them into using them first to try and PK them. Which is PK hunting and also frowned upon greatly. 

You played a stupid game and you won a stupid prize. In the future I recommend you don’t randomly try and tie people up or PK hunt to begin with. Helps with avoiding losing your character.
