1. Mass mugging in order to to PK people, or 'PK hunting' / being 'PK hungry' is not permitted. If an Admin feels like you're doing things intentionally for no regard for actual roleplay they may deny your PK requests issue according punishments 
2. You may not make a character for the sole purpose of mugging, for example if you are pk'ed for mugging and simply create a new character and continue the same actions. It shows you have no regard for actual roleplay. 

Jennay also checked my logs of tying people up and it was only 2 times so idk how its a mugging char

I saw him in Kinahan VC quite a lot. He was on during the racket event and was helping our faction. His character clearly was meant to main our faction. Though his priors definitely don't help his case because genuinely what is that. 

How was he helping the faction during racket event if this permanent ban is a couple days before the event?......

First of all, you got that "million dollars worth of suits" by mugging people, and that's obvious. You don't grind for 30 hours on a char then get that much value of anything.

Secondly, you have done this exact same thing in the past, Target Mugging, NITRP and you even metagamed when talking to some female in game, using your voice, and I quote, "Yeah, I got blacklisted from Bonannos, Altovitis and Gambinos. Those guys really hate me.". You said this while on a completely new DeCavalcante Char. 

You have shown absolutely no interest in actually Roleplaying on this server, and instead playing it in your own way by mugging, deathmatches, OOC disputes, and metagaming.

i didnt get the suits from mugging one was from colombos and another was from some other dude i forgot

if ive only restrained 2 people on the char and have a couple of suits me and a friend wanted to mug someone and that was the last one i wasnt pk hunting or being pk hungry and i had alot to lose and my buddy pushed me into it im not trying to push all the blame on him but i also did give some shit back to the jew and we made a deal on me only keeping 1 out of the 5 things i took from him and we were both happy with the outcome  sexaphone personaly from me ive gotten alot of hate from this server weather its my supposed retardation or me mugging i had stuff to lose and stuff to gain and i wanted to gain something that night i would love to come back to the server with the kinahans and i wanted to finish the racket war even tho its over now i have alot of fun on there
