Why should you be unbanned? Realistically I know this probably wont be accepted this earlier. Ive been around long enough to know that. Im kind of hoping for a reduced ban. Again presuming this wont be the case. Ive been playing Diverge and mafia RP for over 5-6 years ive seen all come and go. Ive seen many eras of mafia rp. as well as the people.

I will hold my hands up and say since I got pkd on my og Bonnano char and even before that ive been very mouthy and have said my piece multiple time. The state of the beef on the server and the constant shitty ooc squabbles all from years ago has got very out of hand from both sides. I had been playing recently to be the guy that would go out and defend my faction in these situations. Rather than be HC and try resolve it with words.

The situation today happened because someone took a IC photo of another Lucchese who was taking photos of them. This resulted in everyone coming over and starting a situation outside of the meat market ending in some words being exchanged. I exchanged some words back because vinny had previously said some words against me as well as a bunch of lucchese saying some very horrible words towards me that can effect **IRL** Consciences for any info on those messages u can dm me. This resulted in a sitdown asking for the death of my character and presumably ended there. Until my Ban. I will put my hands up and say that was a very dumb decision to talk back to those issues.

I believe my many roles on the server such as, First Deputy Commissioner, Underboss, First Deputy Mayor, Councilman, FBI, Staff was to push for more roleplay especially my most recent run in Crim rp where I believe. I was a advocate for more roleplay on the server by (Although not deemed very nice by most) reporting members for breaking RP as well as creating and coordinating player ran roleplay events.

Anyhow Ill accepted all the -1s from everyone but for a guy that has played the server for 5-6 years and has accumulated a total of 1 day and 1 hour ban on his record I would love for the chance to come back in the future and help out Btown.

Wtf did you say to get banned like that? If the rest of the context you gave between the lead up and you record are true, I honestly couldn't fathom you not being given another chance but those bans usually aren't random...

Unfortunately this incident escalated far beyond some lines it seems.

 

Bringing IRL/OOC shit into stuff is equally unecessary and stupid fro. All parties. 

 

But.. I feel like this situation/how it was handle by players was more of a symptom of a bigger problem at hand, which does need addressing..

 

But the fact this guy got permad and made an appeal shows he wants to be here, and frankly he's should be. 

 

Sure people hate him or love him, but he's a good lad and is a quality player. 

 

I would request the team to sleep on it and give him a reduced sentence from perma. +1
