Why should you be unbanned? I don't understand on why I was banned. I would like an explanation on why I was banned because I didn't get a sit or anything explaining what happened.

Hello! Banning admin here.

First, you weren't pulled as this was a report made directly through a UA ticket. In this ticket, we were given ample evidence of your actions and the intent of your actions.

You have just recently returned from a two month ban from another incident stemming from your mugging habits that even warned you to return with better RP. In this instance, it was shown you had a repeated and clear intent of only mugging one faction. While on it's own not the worst offense your reason to why is why it was decided you had used your last chance. You were target mugging one faction as a form of failed escalation to force actual escalations to happen in a sad attempt to kill off your own faction.

This incident right after an extensive ban and your enormous amount of previous, pretty serious, POs showcases you have not learned your lesson and you refuse to engage in quality RP or to be a valued member of our community. For these reasons it was decided your time with us had to come to an end.

Mugging so much that you become known for it is kinda wild. So many people can't seem to function if it's not constant gunplay. Smh it would be a shame if roleplay happened on the roleplay server.

+1 great guy go back a lil bit always brought genuine and great roleplay witch mugging is also apart of sad that everybody cries or complains the second there at the wrong side of the barrel. Would be very upsetting to see monkey not return especially as he just came back.

I can understand that I have POs and a semi reputation for mugging but at the same time you don't know anything about me, all you know is what you heard and what you see in my file. I have brought lots and lots of RP to the server over my 3 years of playing. hell, before I got banned, I was running a crew deal, introducing two dif factions to my faction and at the same time I was building dupe for a friend of mine who was planning on starting his own business with using said dupe. I can understand that I mug and that's frowned upon but at the same time why have the feature if you're going to punish people who do it. when the server told me to come back with better RP, I did but you just didn't see it, you only looked at my history and what someone else told you. I apologies for mugging and if I'm allowed back to the server I will definitely ither stop completely or do it on rare occasions. In summary, please reconsider the ban and look into me more and my actions because if you do you will see that I am a lot more than just a mugger. (Btw idk what faction you're referring to but I have mugged more than one faction, sure I may have beef with a specific faction but that doesn't mean I'm only going for them.)

Fail mug is such a subjective thing and can be construed differently from different people, I know he mugs many factions / anyone seen with "the drip" as the kids say, Ive mugged with this guy for a yeah ish now and we've always jus targeted whoever was muggable

If one said faction was more muggable then another for being stupid tha's not on him, He doesn't directly know what faction he's mugging he's jus targeting anyone who is deemed valuable.

 

From my time mugging with him i know he gives quality role play outside of it as well,  He's a enforcer in the supreme team so his character is mainly focused on violent roleplay, "sit downs" Collecting debt ect, He also sells, buys and trades items with the community, as well as hosts dinner party's and other roleplay heavy events thru supreme team, H'es risking his own char to mug people with similar risk, Both sides could be PK'd at any time and this is just a bias from what I've seen with the admins as of recent. 

If one faction is being mugged more then others, Then maybe that faction should tighten up, White boy phil is in the right and if mugging is so bad then maybe it should be removed from the game, IF he choses to run a path of mugging and PK heavy actions then let that reflect in roleplay rather then making it a OOC issue.

Haven't seen anything that makes this a "Fail Mug". Aswell the claim for Fail Escalation is vague due to the random mugging pattern. Seems that mugging is only allowed as RP if it benifits people within the staff team or of community importance. The claim for lack of RP is crazy consider no one from his host faction was asked or any attempt to deep dive his ties to the community. Seems like lazy staff work. If you mug your guilty of eveything under the sun until you prove otherwise. Redo the mugging rules or do better staff work. (Typed this on the go so aplogies for the grammer)
