Can’t get Pked if you just never log on

Let’s say you do something really really bad against a faction you’re in then just don’t log on for a month. Can they still pk you when you’re offline? Would they just forget when you come back? This seems like the method idk why so many people get pked when they can just do this.

most people dont know they are getting pked so when it happens poof
