Reason for PK: Breaking Fear RP

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I didnt break fear rp, i was complying, they initiated the fear rp infront of the weed npc, i was tied and they didnt drag me and stated in a clip that they didnt wanna rob me they just wanted to kill me, they were mugging characters and pk hunting.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

You were very clearly trying to slowly back out of the alley area where you could be seen from the street. They told you to stop moving around multiple times and you continued to do so.
Also, if you could provide proof they initiated the mugging in front of NPC, it would be appreciated. 
The logs state you were tied here: 

That location is precisely here (where the traffic cone has been placed for reference): 

That position is marked as a red zone on the mugging map. Unless you have evidence showing otherwise, all the proof would say you were not mugged in front of the NPC. You also did not decide to say anything about supposedly being mugged in front of the NPC until you were told you would be PKed, which you could have made a ticket for and staff would have assisted you.

As to the point of them being mugging characters, I reviewed the relevant logs and there was not evidence that would say they were specifically mugging characters. 

As for them saying they wanted to kill you, if you had followed FearRp and they killed you it would not have been a PK.

In case you didn't read. "You may not mug in front of and NPC regardless of this map."

I have literally ZERO clue how you found this a valid PK. He literally complied, they didn't want to mug anything he had on him, the repeatedly said "We just wanna kill somebody".

Please investigate a LOT more thoroughly when doing stuff like this @Hoovis. Seriously a big mistake on this PK.

In the clip i have it set to 30 seconds but if it were shy 5 seconds they were walking me back into to the corner In the left corner of that photo it also states " When mugging or intiating a mug; Ensure there is no one else around, You may not start mugs infront of witnesses" in the clip there is clearly a black car visible to seeing their weapons drawn on me and "muggin" me

I was going off the evidence provided during the PK and you did not inform me you had these clips when I brought you to a sit. You could have also made a ticket at the time of the mugging showing this evidence. As I stated previously, there was no other evidence provided at the time of the PK that showed you in front of the NPC or in the green zone. Based off this footage, it seems the appeal will likely be accepted, but next time do not hesitate to call staff and this type of situation could be avoided in the future.

Its hard to see in the night map but right up against that wall is the npc dealer you trade for diffrent grades of weed
