Why was KTS so unsuccessful

As the KTS don, basically I was really stupid and wanted to be a "shadow don" and let my lower command run the faction so I could avoid any legal issues. They hired exclusively retards. The faction died.

If I had been more directly involved with the day-to-day I believe it could have lasted a lot longer.

People pretty much just ran wild and I was too inactive to see it often or do much about it.

They didn’t know how to be a street gang, they kept doing dumb shit and didn’t know how to pick a side, wish it had worked, we need a street gang for the server to really be fun so hope something like it comes back one day

Police corruption. Raided the town house we had practically every night, most times with no warrant. Thinking a 911 call was enough to search an entire house.

However I’d say it was more successful then most Miami factions that died and never switched to nyc

As a former KTS member WITH Mike Brown, there were many reasons, Hoovis was acting more like a shadow don than anything like he said, everyone else was mingey, and police did play a massive part in fucking us over CONSTANTLY

Switching from Miami back to NY was also hell for the faction, definitely didn't help

I will admit a lot of minging did take place. Guys were getting banned left and right. and I was intentionally trying to start shit with the Colombos. I went to bootcamp before the war took place so never actually saw the end of KTS
