Reason for PK: Combat Log when Faction Attempted to PK me

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?:

First of all, in my clip you can see that someone tired to shoot and kill me and i drove to the complete opposite side of the map before i even decided to take a clip thinking that was someone was just trying to RDM. I did not leave after they shot me 

Second, I had left the server long after the scene was over and i was under the assumption it was simply a troll, i made a discord ticket and they told me i left too soon after an attempted PK but you can clearly see that is not the case and i had no clue i had to stay in the server for a certain amount of time

The rules don't specify i have to stay in the server after someone tried to rdm me (which i was under the impression of) and i did not combat log because i made sure to clear the scene and take a clip to prove that, that is why i believe that PK was not fair especially because i never died and i deserve the chance to fend for my life on the streets, i survived that shooting and i deserve to keep my legacy going until they get me legitimately.   

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

I PROVIDED A CLIP BUT I HAD TO COMPRESS THE FILE FROM 200MB TO 5MB SO THE QUALITY IS GONNA BE SHIT, I CAN PROVIDE AN HD COPY IF REQUIRED THROUGH OTHER MEANS

Hey, so I am the admin who permakilled your character for LTARP. The reason why is because you were shot, and drove to a place where no one else could see you and you left (disconnected while under a damage cooldown).

When you join a faction/server, you know the rules and consequences and advocating lack of knowledge is not an excuse to have your character come back to life. You had your chance to fight for your char´s but you threw it away when you decided to LTARP.
