Tow trucks and impound lot

Police can tow vehicles and bring them to an impound lot, cars despawn when brought to impound lot. Individuals whose cars were towed can interact with an NPC and pay a fee to get their cars back. Cars can be towed: after an arrest, illegal parking, stolen.  Time could be increased before despawning because police would be despawning vehicles themselves.

I'm sure there would have to be evidence that the person who parked illegally did so in order to get their car towed.

It would mostly be utilized for after arrests, only retard low life cops would genuinely tow over illegally parked cars unless there was an argument between the cop and player.

Never underestimate Diverge cops, they'd be towing every slightly misaligned car - and it would be a huge bias issue with how many factions have whitelist vehicles

It wouldn't be that big of an inconvenience for the player if their car was towed. Would just have to go to a lot and pay a few hundred bucks.  There's much bigger ways a cop can fuck over a player. You just don't like this suggestion because I made it and you get emotional when you are in my presence .

This is definitely your best suggestion yet Mike, don't get me wrong

Good in theory, but would be terrible in practice
