Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I'm disputing because its pretty retarded I was banned for the lightest amount of "metagame" considering I've been playing this server for nearly 2 years and only have been noted for metagame once because I identified a mugger without having IC knowledge of it being him and that was a year ago so I don't really understand why I was hit with this out of the blue.

Why should you be unbanned? I'm pretty sure this is about the situation with myself and the Jewish folk, I sent a full clip to Byte about the situation and it had me logging into my character, and talking in discord for like 5 seconds with some buddies that are LITERALLY PERMA BANNED and are on a whole different RP game, once I started speaking with Rain and his friends I deafened immediately to actually play the game.  I wasn't conveying any information that might benefit my situation, the only thing that would even be related in the slightest to the server is the fact that my friend I was whitelisting was talking about suits in the VC.  I don't really see how this could be in any way metagame.  The entire reason I was on the server was to whitelist my friend and then get off, I got into a gun fight with Rain and lost so I grabbed a gun from my ATM and logged off.

The situation you are describing is not related to the ban, the reason for the ban is for the situation where you were on your Bonannno char, then switch over to your cop char just to go look at someone's ID who had been arrested. After about 1 minute you switch back to your Bonannno, no RP, just walked in grabbed his ID, and walked out. https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/lWy78cO6huGDzVzd5?invite=cr-MSxaOEQsMjI5NzcxNzc0&v=40 . If you look at your DM's I can prove I didn't grab his ID, I was just looking to see his charges
