What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  *
I love the server and have always wanted to sit here and learn how to do something like this i have been trying to get into it more and i just want to be more helpful in this community i love being able to problem solve i know i havent dealt with any of this before but i want to learn and try this i was a admin on different games but i know that doesnt translate to here so i hope i can be able to show that i am capable and ready to do something  like this and i am someone who likes to trail towards greatness.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  *
I am someone who is willing to learn and put in the hard work i Love dealing with these kind of problems and i want to learn to be able to help and identify problems in the server player, bug or other issues. I have done this before on dayz using esp and things like that i have used those systems so i should be able to pick it up pretty well i believe also my dedication to being kind and actually getting shit done for them is something else i dont like being a slacker sitting on my ass when it comes to stuff like this i like to get it done i hope if i am chosen i can show that.

Yes It was on dayz for a server that is now shut down i was for about 8 months right till they shut down and it sucked as i loved that server and game but slowly grew out of it i have been in sits with other admins helping out on dayz i am resourceful for using the systems implemented i enjoy learning them so it can be done efficently. I dont know how much more i can go on for this as i dont know what exactly to talk about for it or about my admin experience in dayz

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  * I dont know if well known is it i know a lot of people and i was a nice guy and known around by quite a few im poilte and courteous and mostly a airhead but i am very dedicated at getting shit done. 
What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?:Going to a wedding and watched the groom get assassinated i laughed so hard.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:
1. If i am on my other character i will hop off if i am  not busy
2. I will clock in and go over to the person who made the ticket pull them into a sit.
3. ask them for the clip if they got it and watch it over making sure it was deemable as a rdm.
4. If deemed a rdm i will then tp the accused person to me and ask them why if it was an accident and they apologize and its settled between them let them go if not and the person doesnt seem to apologetic or doesnt seem to haven known the rules too well id ban them up to 12 hours to review them and let them know the proper actions on how to do so.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:
1. Record the actions and keep a record of it.
2. Report them to a higher member of staff using the evidence collected not letting them know about it so there isnt any conflict.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?:1. I will take the ticket and take it normally i hold no biases for my factions or friends if they are caught breaking the rules they get punished even if i am caught breaking the rules id hope id get in trouble too.

Please understand that once a staff application is posted you are open to receiving either negative or positive critique from the community as well as staff. Your consistent activity on the server will also be monitored and applications can remain open for weeks before any sort of decision is made on them.
