Reason for PK: I was inside the warehouse at the time and was not actively participating in any criminal activity. I was standing around when another individual entered the warehouse using a business pin and initiated what was considered a robbery. I did not coordinate, assist, or engage with this individual in any way. From my perspective, I was simply present at the location and was not aware of any planned robbery or rule-breaking behavior. I believe the clip may show me being in the area but not taking part in the incident, and I’m respectfully asking for the situation to be reviewed again for context and to see if its appealable.

This isn't appealable. You were being mugged, and you did not co-operate. Someone lockpicked into the warehouse you were in, saw you, wanted to mug you, and killed you even after giving you plenty of chances to surrender.

Hopefully you learn from this mistake, that your life is worth more than your items...

Regarding the death of your character: at the time of the incident, you were being mugged at gunpoint. While under a direct threat to your life, you were given multiple opportunities to comply with the mugger’s demands.

 

Despite this, you continued to move, resisted when the mugger attempted to restrain you, and ultimately produced a firearm while still being held at gunpoint. This showed a clear disregard for your character’s life and directly escalated the situation.

 

By failing to value your life under an active lethal threat, you broke Fear RP, which directly resulted in your character’s death. For this reason, the PK.

Dude this is 100 % Metagame bro you can here them in the background in the clip in a VC and you can hear his push to talk and you can hear people join on his stream well he is live streaming the mug as well as a staff member in the clip as well in the VC like what lmao ?

Explanation here: 

This stunt was going on for a good 5 minutes before the beginning of this clip. About 2 minutes in I decided to join a call that had a staff member in it (the only staff member that was available to me during this time, which was around 4AM) and share my screen to see if it was a valid mug. I had no intention of PKing the guy, I went in to mug for items he had on his character, he didn't want to comply. He was being mugged on his own property so I wasn't completely sure if he was able to be PK'd because of it or what. I was riding solo this whole time, and only wanted confirmation from a staff member if what I was doing was allowed. Granted, it definitely wasn't the best idea to be sharing my screen at all and instead just explain to him the situation, this entire scenario seems pretty funky I'll admit that. And if it's against the rules to do what I did, then I'm willing to face punishment for my actions. All it was at the time was just me wanting confirmation from staff, that's all.

I would like to note that when I initially reviewed the video, there was no audio available, and I have not viewed it again until now. After reviewing the comments, I rewatched the video and can now confirm that clear meta-gaming is present.

 

This issue will be addressed separately with the individual involved in the PKing, in accordance with server rules.

This should absolutely get this thrown out. You tried to prevent allegations of metagame by removing audio from a PK clip? Clear metagame the situation is void.
