Make the entirety of the docks a green zone because of the boat NPC.

Lowk disagree with this because who in their right mind would mug there personally I mug at barge or just wait until niggas get there

The map obviously can't constantly change based on npcs since those can move dynamically between map updates.

Which is why on the image it says. "You may not mug infront of NPCs regardless of this map"

It would be great if you guys made a rule about it or something though right? I mean it would definitely save the staff team and the rest of the community from having to make suggestions like this.
Oh wait you already have. Well I guess not every staff member can know the rules
