Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: 
Hello, I was pked for pulling a gun out on a cop and attempting to kill him in defense to the felony charges he was going to charge. I had lagged out and have a clip of me spawning back in right where the death happened. I understand that the risks of attempting to kill a cop were high and I understand if this part is denied.

Also, I just want to ask for forgiveness. It was 2AM and everyone in the server was having fun just messing around. I had started the server yesterday and has been grinding and planning on buying donator rank. I know this might not get far but I had been grinding the server 18 hours straight of no minging, straight grinding. I just really want to continue playing the server and helping my business and I just want to play. I worked so hard and made a dumb mistake, just please unban the character.

I understand that you mentioned you had lagged during this altercation, and can appreciate that may be rather frustrating for you. But in any circumstance, it does not invalidate the PK.

As we also discussed during out sit, considering you are a new player, I highly recommend you re-read the PK guidelines to further your understanding of what may lead to a PK moving forward.


In regards to your point about continuing to play the server, I hope to see you stick around and come back onto your next life with a better understanding of these guidelines. 

Everyone's first PK is frustrating, especially considering your circumstances. But there is a valuable lesson to take from this, NEVER shoot at cops (In my humble opinion).

I thought we were all messing around:( other players were doing it so I thought it was okay
i just want another chance man please.
i have grinded this server 24h in the past 3 days and i want to play on that char so bad. i dont think me messing around alongside others should dictate that. Just please forgive me man

I completely appreciate, and understand how you may be feeling after this situation. Messing around or not, a valid PK is a valid PK.

A final decision will be made by Upper Administration soon, hope to see you stick around and continue playing in the mean time.

Hello! 

While it may have been late at night, the rules of the server always apply. In this instance there is clear proof, and your own admission, of your intent to kill an officer. This initiate a violent confrontation with police. When you start this confrontation you are PK active as laid out in our PK guidelines. It is always unfortunate to lose a character but that is a choice you made to risk that character.

Your appeal has been reviewed and denied.

We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified.

You may not re-appeal this PK.
