Reason for ban: Cop Baiting, Nitrp

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): My reason for an appeal is because i was taking all the free food that was advertised at the park, they then told the officer that i was stealing the officer then tries to make an arrest on me to no avail i returned to the park and took more food the officer spotted me and proceeded to try to arrest me again to no avail I then see his cop car and kept attempting to get in knowing it was locked yes i can see the nitrp in trying to get in his car but then again people do weird stuff in real life scenarios any way the officer was getting mad that he couldn't get me and said in character there just cop baiting which I don't see how I was baiting when the officer decide to chase me its not my fault he can't catch me that's a part of the real life aspect of the game you can't expect to catch everyone then when there messing with your car you cry about it and say im supposedly baiting i would love to see a clip of when the interaction initially started because that officer is the one that choose to chase on top of that i was never brought to a sit to get my side or to even see if i had a clip  

 last time I checked according to the Police/ Government Rules 

1. You must remain in character at all times 

which the officer clearly said their cop baiting in a clip I have 
Why should you be unbanned? I should be unbanned because it seems like the officer couldn't handle their job and id really love to see where I baited him into it

Hello, I am the staff member who issued your ban.

Your actions clearly constitute Cop Baiting & NITRP. You intentionally baited the scene with the law enforcement officer in a way to provoke him rather than actually facilitating meaningful roleplay. 

This combined with your extensive prior offenses, shows for me a pattern of rule violations and that you have yet learnt from them. This is what led me to ban you.

That is not true I didn't bait any scene I didn't even know the officer was there until someone said hey officer there stealing and if it's based of actions then there a lot of people with there actions as well I simply ran up took  free food that was advertised none the less. So from my understanding no one's allowed to interact with anyone is what I'm gathering from this I was simply stealing free food you can even check advertisements your self and see that someone for days has been putting an ad for free stew etc at the park I don't see how other people snitching to the cop is me intentionally baiting him it's not my fault the other person said hey officer there stealing then he decided to try to arrest me what I'm also gathering from this is I guess your not allowed to evade the law anymore and attempt to take more food yes I can see going back intentional but like I've explained people do odd stuff in real life scenarios like returning to the scene of the crime and yeah maybe you are right I'll keep that in mind and start recording everyone that's doing wrong and immediately report it

So, if a cop decides what you’re doing is a crime out of ignorance/malice and arrests you successfully , it’s an “IC issue” and not RDA but when a person is able to escape false claims of a crime and evades arrest then he’s rule breaking? What I’ve seen called “cop bait” has been pretty shoddy, at times. Can we at least see proof that this guy was minging and not just playing his character in an organic or meaningful way?
